clean room comfortable bed central location loud air conditioning limited information disruptive noise
i loved how central the location was i walked everywhere the room was also very clean the staff helped me find great local spots. the beds were very comfortable i slept so well each night i was very happy with this hotel. the short walk to popular destinations was amazing the elevators worked well and were quick. the room was spacious and well kept i appreciated the attention to detail.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud it made it hard to sleep i wish there had been more information about the surrounding area upon check-in. the lack of a mini fridge was disappointing especially for storing leftovers and drinks the absence of a coffee maker in the room was inconvenient. the street noise was pretty disruptive i had trouble sleeping soundly i think the soundproofing could be better.

i appreciated the great location close to the attractions. the lobby had beautiful decorations. the bell check employee offered super assistance with luggage storage and directions to the airport via subway and bus. he was friendly and helpful

The hotel is wonderfully situated one block from Times Square. This location makes any outing very convenient. The staff provided attentive and good customer service. The front desk ensured fast check-in and check-out. I would gladly recommend this hotel.
The elevators were VERY slow. I had to wait a considerable amount of time to reach my floor.

The hotel breakfast includes fresh pastries and a variety of hot items. The coffee was robust, and several juice options were available. Tables were cleaned quickly.

My beautiful king room contained a king-size bed and a seating area. The room included a work desk and ample lighting. A mini-fridge was very useful, and the in-room safe provided security for valuables.

Decent stay at a central Location
convenient location helpful staff awful decor broken sockets
The hotel location is really convenient. It is near many restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful as my lost luggage was delivered before my arrival. They looked after it and contacted me.
The air conditioning did not work well. Some electrical sockets also did not function. The decor seemed awful. The building was shabby and run-down.
